BCM
BCM (Bayesian analysis of Computational Models) is a tool for studying computational models using Bayesian statistics. The BCM algorithm includes several functions to generate posterior samples and compute the marginal likelihood. BCM package supports The Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML), Network Common Data Form (NetCDF), and ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with CVODE solver, among others.
