BEASTling
BEASTling is a software tool to recast human-readable configuration files into the XML for BEAST 2 for specification of Bayesian phylogenetic analyses. The BEASTling algorithm has functions to filter data sets by names, monophyly constraints, assignment of geographic location data to languages, and supports cross-linguistic linked data format (CLDF).
