Bayexer

Bayexer is a Bayesian demultiplexing algorithm designed for assigning reads to the samples of origin after high-throughput sequencing. Unlike existing tools, Bayexer uses information extracted from contaminant sequences of targeting reads as the training dataset for a naïve Bayes classifier, resulting in higher accuracy, capability, and speed on various real datasets.
