BetaTPred

The software tool 'BetaTPred' is a web server developed for predicting beta-turns in a protein from its amino acid sequence. The tool utilizes existing statistical algorithms and allows the prediction of different types of beta-turns, including type I, I', II, II', VI, VIII, and non-specific.
