BioNetCAD
BioNetCAD is a software tool designed to aid in the construction of synthetic biochemical networks, which are used to design and construct biological systems with functions that do not exist in nature. The software provides a methodology for the construction of these networks based on three main steps: design, simulation, and experimental validation. BioNetCAD enables users to design abstract networks that can be implemented using CompuBioTicDB, a database of parts for synthetic biology. It also allows for simulations with HSim software and classical Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE).
