BioWord
BioWord tool is an add-on for Microsoft Word 2007 and 2010 word-processors to manipulate DNA sequences. BioWord editing functions include reverse-complementing, translating, sequence searching, pair-wise sequence alignment, motif discovery, generation of consensus logos representing multiple sequence alignments (MSA), and FASTA formatting.
