Bioclipse-R

Bioclipse-R is a downloadable application with a plugin architecture that provides various functionalities for cheminformatics, bioinformatics, pharmacology, drug discovery, decision support, semantic web, eScience, databases in the life sciences, and scripting. It is designed to be easy to use and extend, with an integrated user interface. The software is also equipped with R, a statistical computing language, for easy running of R scripts, snippets and commands, and the plotting capabilities of R. Bioclipse-R can help predict the toxicity of drugs in the human body, analyze biological sequences, and facilitate the integration and retrieval of data in RDF, OWL, and similar formats.
