CAPE
CAPE is an R tool for a combined analysis of Pleiotropy and Epistasis to infer predictive networks between genotypes and phenotypes. The CAPE algorithm uses information on pleiotropic genes from different phenotypes to determine epistatic interaction models between alleles, and CAPE can analyze two-parent and multi-parent populations.
