CCFold
CCFold is a threading-based algorithm that produces accurate coiled-coil models from protein sequence data. It is specifically designed to handle hydrophobic repeat patterns in addition to the most common heptads. The algorithm is faster and more accurate than general-purpose computational folding, and when combined with Rosetta folding, it can generate representative dimer models for all IF protein classes.
