CFAssay
CFAssay is an R software package designed to perform statistical analysis of linear-quadratic cell survival curves after treatment with ionizing radiation, as well as two-way designs of experiments with chemical treatments only. The package offers maximum likelihood and related methods by default, with the option to choose the least squares or weighted least squares method. It also provides a test for comparing cell survival curves and an ANOVA test for experimental two-way designs. The package includes a dispersion parameter for goodness of fit and various plot functions to evaluate experimental data quality. CFAssay is available as open-source software, facilitating interlaboratory code sharing between users.
