CNSsolve

CNSsolve (Crystallography and NMR System or CNS) is a computational framework for refining, phasing, and molecular replacement X-ray crystallography and NMR data. CNSsolve includes tools for structure solutions of large structures, a model for the treatment of disordered solvent for crystallographic refinement together with a combined grid search, and least-squares optimization of the bulk solvent model parameters, application of thermal factor sharpening to electron density maps, integration of all sources of information into every stage of the structure determination process, and development of models to analyze structural and dynamical properties.
