CR-EST

CR-EST (The Crop EST Database) is a publicly available web resource of crop sequences and classification, clustering, and annotation data of crop ESTs projects at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research. The CR-EST database contains over 200,000 sequences from cDNA libraries of barley (Hordeum vulgare), wheat (Triticum aestivum), pea (Pisum sativum), potato (Solanum tuberosum), tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum), and petunia (Petunia hybrida).
