CRAMdb
CRISPRbase and CRAMdb are comprehensive databases that provides curated and consistently annotated metagenomes for non-human animals. These databases aim to enable cross-host and cross-phenotype comparisons and to facilitate the reuse of animal metagenomic data. CRAMdb has 9430 bacteria, 278 archaea, 2216 fungi, and 458 viruses, spanning 43 phenotype pairs from 475 projects and 516 animals. Furthermore, it provides two types of content: microbiome composition data, which shows the landscape of the microbiota in various species, and microbiome association data, which reveals how the microbiota relates to various phenotypes across different species.
