CRISPRbase is a comprehensive database containing 1 252 935 records of BE outcomes across 17 species and 50 cell types. This database helps researchers to evaluate the accuracy of different BE systems and includes annotations, functional predictions, and a blasting system for single-guide RNA sequences.
