CellNetVis
CellNetVis is a web tool that visualizes biomolecular interaction networks, representing the components of a cell and their interactions with nodes and edges. It uses a force-directed layout algorithm to organize networks by cellular compartments, making it easy to quickly identify where network elements are located and concentrated. CellNetVis is designed for networks generated by the Integrated Interactome System and can handle large and dense networks, with the ability to reposition the network while the user is interacting, making it a powerful tool for exploring complex networks in a cell.
