ChromNet
ChromNet is a web-based tool to visualize and identify interactions among ChIP-seq datasets. ChromNet represents interactions using hierarchical clustering, direct group interactions by edges, and color intensity. Users can also directly search all ENCODE ChIP-seq tracks by ID.
