Chromagnon

Chromagnon is a tool correct chromatic shifts in three-dimensional fluorescence microscopic images. The Chromagnon algorithm uses a quadrisection phase correlation approach to compute translation, rotation, and magnification from reference images. Chromagnon splits images into small elements to account for small sections and measures the phase correlation between channels and corrects as required with a 3D accuracy of approximately 15 nm.
