ChromoViz
ChromoViz is an R package that allows for the visualization of microarray gene expression data, cross-species and cross-platform comparisons, and non-expression genomic data onto chromosomes. It proposes a new chromosomal visualization format to combine and visualize genomic data from various sources. The software uses Javascript-enabled scalable vector graphics for interactive visualization and navigation of data objects on the Web.
