ClassifyR
ClassifyR is a new generic framework implemented in R that provides a way to link custom classification functions with classification performance measures. The framework is designed in an object-oriented style with a focus on parallel processing, reproducibility, and extensibility. A comprehensive set of performance measures is available for post-processing, enabling rapid and reproducible benchmarking of alternative classifiers.
