CoRegNet

CoRegNet is a sophisticated R/Bioconductor package for analyzing large-scale transcriptomic data, focusing on uncovering co-regulatory networks. It provides researchers with the tools to reconstruct extensive networks of co-regulation, incorporate various forms of regulatory evidence (such as transcription factor binding sites and ChIP data), and estimate the activity of regulators within individual samples. Additionally, CoRegNet facilitates the identification of cooperative interactions among transcription factors and allows for exploring sample-specific regulatory dynamics through an interactive visualization platform.
