CoreTracker
CoreTracker is an algorithm that infers sense-to-sense codon reassignments in a set of related genomes. It uses statistical evaluations, a random forest classifier, and a phylogeny-aware step to accurately predict and validate the reassignments. This process allows for tracing the evolution of each reassignment to gain insight into its mechanism.
