CyClus3D
CyClus3D is a Cytoscape plugin that employs a 3D spectral clustering algorithm to cluster composite three-node network motifs, which represent functional relationships between different data types in molecular networks. The tool allows the identification of functional modules that are not detectable by traditional graph clustering algorithms.
