DGCA

DGCA is an R tool to analyze the differential correlation of matrices using conditions defined by a design matrix in gene expression data. The DGCA contains functions for filtering, processing, saving, visualizing, and interpreting differential correlations of identifier pairs across the entire identifier space or concerning a particular set of identifiers, differential correlation analysis on clusters, and generation of empirical p-values.
