DMRforPairs

DMRforPairs is a specialized software tool designed to analyze methylation data from Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip arrays, focusing on comparing regional methylation status between unique, individual samples. This tool addresses a significant epigenetic gap by comparing methylation levels across genomic regions between two samples without needing larger sample groups. This capability is precious in studies where obtaining large sample sizes is impractical or impossible.

DMRforPairs operates by identifying probe-dense genomic regions and quantitatively assessing and testing the differences in methylation levels between the samples.
