DeCoaD
DeCoaD is a web-based resource to differentiate correlations among diseases using protein interaction network data. The DeCoaD algorithm uses a random walk to model the information flow in a network where nodes are alternatively proteins. These links represent protein-protein interactions and disease-protein associations.
