Doelan

Doelan is a Java-based software tool that performs automated quality control tests on DNA microarray hybridizations to validate batches of chips. The generated reports can aid microarray platforms seeking quality labels, such as ISO 9001 certification. The software works with a plug-in system that allows for custom validation tests
