EAGER

EAGER (efficient ancient genome reconstruction) is a software pipeline to reconstruct ancient genomes and analyze large genomic datasets. The EAGER package includes tools for preprocessing, filtering, variant analysis, authenticating, mapping, genotyping, and quality assessment.
