EFS

EFS (Ensemble Feature Selection) is a software tool for selecting ensemble features, median, Pearson- and Spearman- correlation, Logistics regression, and random forest (cforest and randomForest). The EFS includes a function to produce bar plots. Apart from the web application, an R package is also available.
