EnrichmentBrowser
EnrichmentBrowser is a software tool to identify genes and pathways involved in colorectal cancer (CRC). It does this by analyzing gene expression data from CRC cells and comparing it to normal tissue samples. The tool then identifies genes and pathways that are differentially expressed in CRC cells compared to normal tissue, which can provide insights into the underlying biology of the disease.
