EvolQG
EvolQG is an R tool for covariance matrix comparisons, estimating repeatabilities in measurements and matrices. EvolQG also includes general evolutionary quantitative genetics tools, such as relevant evolutionary statistics, estimation of the sampling error, error corrections, distances, matrix decomposition, analysis of modularity patterns, and testing evolutionary hypotheses on taxa diversification.
