ExMS
ExMS is a tool for the analysis of hydrogen exchange-mass spectrometry (HX-MS) data. The ExMS algorithm finds individual isotopic peaks and isotopic envelopes of a list of peptides identified by MS/MS, makes various tests and can process data from many sequential HX time points with no operator intervention.
