Fitchi

Fitchi is a software tool used in population genetics and phylogeography to produce haplotype genealogy graphs based on the Fitch algorithm. The program creates publication-ready graphs where node sizes are proportional to haplotype frequencies and edge lengths represent the minimum number of mutations separating adjacent nodes.
