FluxModeCalculator
The software tool 'FluxModeCalculator' is a MATLAB-based implementation of the algorithm for elementary flux mode (EFM) analysis, which determines the metabolic capacities and robustness of stoichiometric networks. This implementation is more time and memory efficient than existing tools, enabling large-scale EFM computation on ordinary desktop computers.
