FunGAP

FunGAP is a software tool that helps identify protein-coding genes in a fungal genome assembly. It combines multiple gene predictors, evaluates predicted genes, and creates gene models based on homology to known sequences. It uses a scoring system to assess the accuracy of each gene model.
