FunPart
FunPart is a computational tool designed to advance immunomodulation strategies crucial for various biomedical applications. Addressing the complexity and heterogeneity of the immune system's response to infections, FunPart aids in mapping functional immune cell states in mice against 12 different pathogens. It employs a single-cell analysis technique to differentiate immune cell types into distinct functional states while identifying gene modules that characterize these states.
