G-Links
G-Links is a software tool designed to address the issue of integrating biological data from multiple databases by providing an identifier conversion and data aggregation system. It gathers information from 130 databases and 30 web services in a gene-centric manner, allowing users to retrieve all available links about a given gene. G-Links offers a RESTful API for easy retrieval of links and produces various outputs such as visual HTML page, tab-delimited text, and Semantic Web formats.
