GFAKluge
GFAKluge is an open-source C++ library that provides a set of utilities for manipulating and summarizing Genome Fragment Assembly (GFA) files. GFA is a standard format for exchanging genome assemblies and sequence graphs. The software is designed to encourage the adoption of GFA in high-performance software.
