GHap

GHap is an R tool to identify haplotypes and haplotype alleles in phased marker data. The GHap algorithm includes functions for supervised and unsupervised detection of ancestry tracks, analyses of unphased data, virtual gamete mating, GWAS, and mixed model fitting.
