GIV
GIV is a software tool for the detection and visualization of genomic islands (GIs) in genomes. GIs are chunks of DNA sequence that can be traced back to other organisms or viruses and are related to special functionalities such as disease-causing GIs. GIV displays the locations of GIs in a genome, as well as the corresponding supportive feature information for GIs.
