GOlorize

GOlorize is a plug-in for Cytoscape that implements a graph layout algorithm to display the Gene Ontology (GO) class structure on network nodes. It works with the BiNGO plug-in to identify overrepresented GO categories in a given network. GOlorize highlights class members with category-specific color-coding and enhances the network visualization with a class-directed layout algorithm. It is freely available for use through the Cytoscape plug-in library.
