GOssTo
GOssTo (Gene Ontology semantic similarity Tool) is a user-friendly software system for quickly and easily calculating semantic similarities between gene products according to Gene Ontology. It is equipped with six semantic similarity measures and can add additional measures. Additionally, GOssTo can calculate Random Walk Contribution, which has been shown to enhance accuracy, and it can produce genomic-scale calculations in minutes on a regular desktop machine.
