GREGOR
GREGOR (Genomic Regulatory Elements and Gwas Overlap algoRithm) is a tool to analyze the correlation between genetic variations and regulatory features, allowing for the discovery of new biological connections to diseases and the identification of functional variants in trait-associated loci.
