GSOAP

"GSOAP" (Gene Sets Over-representation Analysis Plot) is an R package to enhance the visualization of Gene Sets Over-representation Analysis (GSOA) results. Recognizing the gap in standard visualization techniques for GSOA results, GSOAP introduces a novel approach to graphically display the relationships among enriched instances, such as pathways, while emphasizing key attributes like significance, centrality, and clustering.

Key Features and Functionalities:

- Visual Exploration of GSOA Results: GSOAP allows for an intuitive visual exploration of GSOA results, facilitating an understanding of complex relationships among enriched gene sets and instances.

- Highlighting of Instance Attributes: The package provides visualization features highlighting important attributes of instances, including their significance levels, centrality (indicating their closeness or importance within the network), and their clustering within the analysis.
