GUIdock-VNC
GUIdock-VNC is a container tool that provides a browser-based interface for containerized software. It uses a graphical desktop sharing system to render graphics within commonly used browsers and can be added to any Docker packages using a minimal image builder. GUIdock-VNC uses Oauth2 authentication protocols when deployed on the cloud. The tool was demonstrated in gene network inference and showed minimal overhead when benchmarked on various operating systems.
