Gbm.auto
Gbm.auto is a software tool for marine scientists for modeling and visualization of predicted abundance maps to use in planning of protected marine areas. The gbm sotware package includes gbm.bfcheck, gbm.basemap, gbm.map (abundace maps as predicted), gbm.rsb, gbm.cons, gbm.valuemap (a decision support tool), gbm.loop, roc & calibration.
