GeneValidator

GeneValidator (GV) is a tool developed to automatically identify problematic gene predictions and aid manual curation of genomes of emerging model organisms. It performs multiple analyses based on comparisons to gene sequences from large databases and generates a report that includes extensive statistics and graphs for each prediction to guide manual curation efforts.
