Gepard

Gepard is a software tool that enables users to quickly create dotplots using suffix arrays to reduce time complexity to Theta(m*log n). It includes a client-server mode that allows users to color dotplots by functional annotation without the need to download sequence or annotation data. Gepard is available for download as source code or executable binaries.
