Glimma

Glimma is an R tool for generating interactive graphics to analyze RNA-seq data. New features in Glimma 2: embeddable plots and updated multidimensional scaling plots to change color, shape, and size according to experimental conditions and a function for the volcano plot. Exports to PNG, SVG, and CSV formats.
