Gowinda
Gowinda is a software designed to test for enrichment of gene sets in genome-wide association (GWA) studies. It overcomes the limitations of gene set enrichment analysis that assumes independence and equal probability of sampling genes. Gowinda uses permutation tests to eliminate biases and maintain sufficient power to detect enrichment of gene sets.
