HAPSIM
HAPSIM is a software tool that has been exclusively developed to help generate haplotype data. The tool is specifically designed to simulate haplotypes that match exactly with the allele frequencies and linkage disequilibrium coefficients estimated in real samples. This makes it a very useful tool for researchers undertaking simulation studies.
The simulation tool, HAPSIM, is equipped with advanced features that allow researchers to generate haplotype data that is a perfect match for the real sample. This means that researchers can confidently use the simulated data to test their hypotheses and generate insights in a simulated environment before moving to actual experiments.
One of the greatest advantages of HAPSIM is that it is available as an R package, which makes it easily accessible to researchers worldwide.
